We will ship anywhere within South Africa and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, providing goods are in stock.
Delivery by courier will take 2 – 4 working days to reach you depending on the area that you live. Please allow 3 – 7 working days if utilising the South African Postal Services option.
We offer the following flat rate delivery costs for South Africa:-
Gauteng Area (Johannesburg & Pretoria)
Major City Centres in South Africa outside Gauteng
South African Postal Services –(Nationwide)
Time Out Toys reserves the right to amend delivery prices for courier deliveries that are not to major city centres, and for extremely heavy or peculiar sized or shaped items. We will always contact you first and will never charge extra without your consent.
For courier deliveries, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. A tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched.
For deliveries through the Post Office, you will be emailed a tracking number once the item has been sent. For this option you must please stipulate your correct postal address including postal code – Time Out Toys will not be held responsible for items sent to incorrect postal / street addresses. Orders are sent via the South African Post Office economy post and will need to be collected from the recipient’s local post office.
If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to arrange a quote for priority courier service, although this will cost extra.
Returns / Refunds / Cancellations
Returns for refunds will be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Customers must contact Time Out Toys for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. A 15% re-stocking charge will apply. Returned goods must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. Postage or courier costs are not refundable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item to Time Out Toys in its original condition.
Any incorrect, missing, or faulty items received must be reported to Time Out Toys within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. This can be reported by email or phone.
If item(s) received are not what you ordered, please do not open the sealed packaging. Any attempt to use the incorrect item(s) will be deemed as acceptance by the customer as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be made.
Time Out Toys owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that may have been dispatched in error.
Once an order has been placed, cancellation of orders by the customer are not allowed.
